Account and data deletion
Use this page to initiate deletion of profile, device and usage data associated with Vanuatu Music.
Send deletion request
Email us with subject Vanuatu Music deletion request. Include the Device ID displayed at the top of the My Music screen so we can locate the correct record. Do not send your album access code.

- Claimed profile identifier and claimed-device status.
- Device identifier stored by Vanuatu Music.
- Owned-album associations and restoration records linked to that device.
- Playback or security records that can reasonably be linked to the supplied Device ID.
What remains on your phone
A server-side deletion request does not remove downloaded audio, favorites or other local app data from your phone. Clear Vanuatu Music's app storage or uninstall the app to remove local data. Deleting owned-album associations may prevent future restoration or redownload.
Required retention
We may retain limited information where required for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or music-rights management. We will explain any required retention when responding to your request.
