How do I install Vanuatu Music on Android?
Install Vanuatu Music from Google Play. A direct APK remains available from official Vanuatu Music page if Google Play is unavailable on your device.
Android says app is from an unknown source
Direct Android release is outside Play Store, so Android displays a warning. Confirm file came from vanuatu.southpacificdomains.com. Do not install copies sent through messages or unknown websites.
My album code does not work
Check spelling and internet connection, then try once more. Codes can be limited to eligible device or purchase. Email support with Device ID and album name. Do not include code itself.
Purchased album is missing
Open My Music while connected to internet and refresh collection. Confirm you are using same device profile associated with purchase. If still missing, email Device ID, album name, and purchase date.
Music will not download
Check available phone storage and internet connection. Keep app open until download finishes. Disable battery saver temporarily if Android pauses download, then retry.
Can I listen without internet?
Yes. Open purchased album while online and download it first. Downloaded tracks remain available offline unless app data is cleared or app is uninstalled.
How do I use Vanuatu-Music on iPhone or iPad?
Vanuatu-Music is the iOS version of Vanuatu Music. Install it through the Apple App Store when available in your region. If you received it through TestFlight, install it from the TestFlight invitation. For installation or album-access help, email support with your device type, app version and exact error message. Never send your album access code.
How do I delete account or device data?
Use account and data deletion page. Server-side deletion does not remove local downloads; clear app storage or uninstall app to remove those.
